[@BlueAjah] I don't think it's your fault at all as a person, nor all your fault as a cog in the story wheel. But I think it was a key point of failure, as Fei was literally the most important character, she was the linchpin holding the NPCs and the PCs together, as well as the key of the driving protagonist romance. In other words, because you were doing so well, when you stopped showing, things ground to a halt without you, because the world revolved around you.

We all understand the roleplays are frivolous expenditures of time. First to drop when life gets tough. No mature roleplayer would find fault in you as a person due to dropping one.
