Alright well I made the OOC. Hopefully it turned out good. If I need to fix anything I will. The 'Stat' part (though I'd hardly call it a stat section) is simply to allow us to gauge the gear's true ability in battle to give a rough estimate of what it can and can't do. It hopefully won't be that hard to make. This is still accepting FYI to anyone reading I'm just making the OOC since we have enough people. I will finish my own character once I'm sure the others are actually making theirs.
