Here he is, the other last Bolton! The details in this I think were a little rough, but the basic premise is there at least. Name: Arak Snow Age: 19 Appearance: Arak stands at 5'6" tall, which he tries to hide by being on horseback as much as possible. He is full faced, bulky with muscle from his long years of intense training, and is incredibly darkly tanned for a Northman due to his tendency to prefer the sunny outside. However, the Boltons have left him with one gift of blood. His irises are the milky pale of his father, Ramsay Bolton. Role: Northern Cavalryman in the North Equipment: A trusty, slightly rusty spear and a buckler. Skills: Arak is nearly unparalleled in fighting with lance and spear on horseback (yet very little else), and has a penchant for brutal surprise tactics. He also has the accurate and perceptive eyes of the Boltons, almost instinctively knowing where it hurts most to drive a spear. Biography: During Ramsay's paramountcy in the North, he sowed his seeds far and wide, occasionally himself invoking the ancient Right of First Night. One such woman he lay with was a handmaiden in Winterfell, and on that night Arak was conceived. In his early years, he never had the luxurious life of a lord. His mother barely scraped by for herself, without the complication of a large child with an equally large appetite. Arak knew this wouldn't do, and at the tender age of 12 decided to help support the family by joining the Winterfell garrison after the Stark reconquest. He begged the garrison captain to sign him on immediately, and he, being an incredible softheart with rather poor common sense, reluctantly agreed. He was put to training immediately, which he took to with gusto, often rising hours before the instructor. There, he learned the value of honor and duty, and found in himself the potential to do great good for the kingdom. His training paid off, and he became a part of the Northern Cavalry the moment he reached adulthood. Mysteriously, a little later he made contact with a mysterious patron that only communicated by mail. Arak never met the patron, and the letters sent to him were never signed, but the two of them quickly picked up a sort of rapport, with Arak sending his replies to a backstreet alley in the poor quarter of the castle town and receiving a reply a few days later along with a few gold dragons. Arak tried to keep his ancestry a secret. His mother was honest about where he came from, and it wouldn't do to be attached to the most dishonorable name in the paramountcy. One day, after an especially hard day of drilling, a messenger came specifically for him. For some reason, Bran Stark wished to speak to him. He claiming he knew who his father was and offered to help keep the secret. Bran said that he threatened and bribed those who figured out his parentage to keep the matter quiet, and even once offered to make adopt Arak as a Stark. Arak refused, but never forgot the generousness of his liege, and swore to himself that he would protect the Starks with his life, even if they never know of it. Arak to this day is tough, honorable, and loyal to the death. He does not fear battle, and almost seems to revel in combat. He keeps his promises, and his spirit has brought back fellows from a rout multiple times. He reveres the Stark family, and tries his best to imitate the late Ned Stark (whom he read about in a few historical documents), who he holds in such high esteem that his comrades joke that his faith isn't to the Old Gods, it's to Ned. Ambitions he has little, but one of his dreams is to finally meet his mysterious patron, and perhaps become an honorary Stark. Notes:
