How many chapters of Marines are capable of producing new recruits?

As for SM that can still reproduce

The Relictors have some geneseed and a star fort from which to create new mehreens

other than that none I believe

Hn. Was considering a Black Templar offshoot, since they're fleet based and recruited on the go back in the days of the proper Imperium.

Wouldn't mind setting up a forge world full of huffy tech priests who resulted from an explorator fleet.

@Asura if your'e thinking of doing Black Templars, something to note. In the setting most of them goes absolutely insane and just start killing most everyone they come across.

So there have been 2 information relays to Emperor Gregory. First, Lattore's transmission before planetfall, detailing the mission. Then, now second-hand, the information gathered by the Inquisitors. One of those should have said that the Magos was threatening to blow up the moon, hence, The Relictor's impromptu decision to fight.
