I'm working on a sheet for [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midnighter]Midnighter[/url] of WildStorm comics and later DC and I noticed that links for the 'Concepts', 'Notes' and 'References' headers in the sheet skeleton currently don't work. However, if you add http:// to the start of the links, they do.
