[@vancexentan] Fair points on them all. I shuffled around the mid-range to strengths and added short range to weaknesses, as well as adding long range as a neutral value.

I'm, admittedly, not the best at bios. I prefer letting characters grow in-story, but I've added a few events that expand on her character a little. If you need even more, I'll think up of more.
