[@Natsu]In theory, yes. However they must be bonded with a familiar, and must be a Magister. The spell performing the [i]sacramentum[/i] actually takes several years to master. You have to be training for 10 years on the [i]sacramentum[/i] exclusively before you can be licensed to perform them. Most Magisters start their career much later in life than others.
