Most are killed, while around five have surrendered. [*]Madura Dalas (the embedded journalist in the merc company) informed Narivar (his brother and leader of the Ashlander group) about the Nerevarine allying with Akavir. Narivar decided to seek the truth back in Morrowind; Madura and the remaining Ashlanders follow him on his ship. [*]A Dwemer vault exists beyond the centurion steam room; four Dwarven ballistas were carted out, along with lesser Dwemer relics (ore nuggets, soul gems, utensil etc.). [*]Two ballistas each were installed onto the Kyne's Tear and the second ship. [*]Our two ships encounter a Kamal frigate one day after departing Bthamz (to raid Bleakrock Isle); the frigate is the same slave ship Niernen and Valen were held on before. [*]Thanks to the ballistas being able to pierce Kamal ship armor, our ships held their own in a naval battle. Attaching ropes to ballista bolts, we were able to board the Kamal ships. [*]The second ship took the brunt of the Kamal ice missiles, it is now rapidly sinking. [*]Valen and Niernen decided to use their knowledge of the frigate layout to free slaves on-board. Mercenaries and sailors conduct boarding. Kamal resistance was overcame and their captain was killed. [*]Roze and Sagax took magicka bombs (originally intended to excavate Bthamz), swam through sea water, snuck through a hull breach (caused by ballista shots) and blew up the Kamal steam engine. During their suicide bombing, they discovered an Argonian elder Sagax met in Windhelm was being slaughtered, so that his soul can fuel the engine. Sagax hesitates, but Roze convinces him to light the fuse. [*]The resulting explosion below deck started a fire, our characters are racing against time to extract captives on the frigate, or extract themselves.
