Absentminded, pale blue eyes and thin, well defined features give him a distantly handsome appearance that matches his habit of dressing formally. He stands at a tall 6’4”; however, he fails to appear especially imposing due to his overall slender build that matches that of a runner’s constitution.

Personality: 
There are many aspects to Luciano that are reminiscent of winter. His listless blue eyes, emotionless features, pale complexion, and snow white hair all lead to a chilling countenance. However, his coldness is best exemplified in his personality. His interaction with his fellow gang members and acquaintances are curt and brusque to a near belligerent degree. Likewise, Luciano’s way of dealing with his enemies are equal parts merciless as they are vicious.

History: 
Keeran hailed from a wealthy family, on of the few built on clean money in Otropolis. After a series of events following the clash of Keeran’s father with the Barones, Keeran was left with no family except for his paralyzed sister and a deep hatred for the mafia at the age of 17. As he honed in his search for revenge and began to hunt those responsible for taking away his life as he knew it, Keeran changed to something cold and desolate, a killing machine taking up his family name, Luciano, as his own. He quickly gained the ire of the Barones, leading to a number of skirmishes that climaxed with an ambush at the funeral of Luciano’s parents. Luciano survived by the skin of his teeth. With his body in shambles and his terrified sister beside him, Corvi provided him a way out: for his services, he would be given a home and family.

Luciano agreed if only for the sake of his sister and started his decade long allegiance to the Eastern Canaglia Mafia. He has further honed his abilities and skills while nursing sister under the wing of Corvi and feels deeply indebted to his benefactor. Although he offered the fortune of his inheritance to Michael, the offer was rejected and Luciano continues to sit upon an untouched pile of clean money. Over the years, Luciano has gained the name Executioner, and although he has kept to himself, he is respected by many but also kept at arm's length due to his cold personality.

Power: Object Conjuration and Storage-
Luciano is able to store non living objects into a pocket dimension to which he has yet to test the upper limit of its capacity. Likewise he can conjure the objects he stores with varying properties such as orientation, height, and velocity of exit. His area of influence with objects is limited to just over a 4 meter radius to which the object and himself must be able to fit inside. Likewise, the time it takes for storage and conjuration scale exponentially with size having a base delay of close to 1 second. He can conjure a firearm almost instantaneously, but a small table or piano could take up to an hour. In addition, it is unknown what happens to the objects stored within Luciano's ability if he were to die.
