[b]Personality[/b]: While Michael does his best to seem like a nice guy, it is not too hard to tell that it hides the sort of sadistic ruthlessness that would have no qualms with beating someone up or torturing them if he was told to do so. Most of his reluctance to violence extends to personal cost, though he also has a disdain for involving civilians in gang business without good cause. He might be a criminal but he likes to think that even he has some standards. 

Aside from the whole gang business he has a fondness for jazz music, and doesn't mind watching a movie or two even if it's a silent film. He just wants to enjoy his life, since not everything can be serious between jobs for the family. There's no slavish devotion from him, but he is firmly loyal to those whom he throws his cards in with, 

[b]History[/b]: Michael came from a reasonably middle class family, though he himself was one of several siblings, and a middle child at that. As a result he was always looking for a way to stand out, to distinguish himself from his brothers and sisters even if the method of doing so tended to be a bit more rabble rousing than what his parents might approve of. 

That's really how he got involved in the mafia, to be honest. He fell in with the wrong sort of crowd, as his parents would put it, and he found that he enjoyed hanging out with them and doing stuff with them. Increasingly distanced from the rest of the family because of it, he found that the Mafia would become his new family, one that was a bit more appreciative of his particular talents. Considering that his efforts to hold a steady job didn't really work out, it seemed almost natural that he would commit to this sort of lifestyle, and all the benefits that come from it. 

[b]Power[/b]: Michael's power is Hyalokinesis, that is to say, he ability to manipulate glass. While he cannot make something from nothing, he is able to alter the shape or any glass that he touches, as well as alter its properties to variably make it tougher, weaker, more translucent, that sort of thing. He can even make weapons from them, though at the end of the day they're still made of glass.
