Personality: Kyle is calm and collected, not one who is prone to jumping at sudden noises or reacting violently at insults. He shows an indifferent attitude to most crimes and crime lords, he just simply wishes to do what he gets paid to do. Sometimes his curiosity does get the better of him. He prefers to say little and listen, having learned that most people prefer to talk than to listen. WHen they talk they give away important secrets and Kyle learned he could use those secrets to stay alive.

History: From the time he was born to where he was during present time, Kyle was always told he was going to be a failure. Someone who would never amount to anything. He did not know if it was just the air around him, if there was something that happened during his birth that made people not want to get to know him, or what but for as long as Kyle could remember he was always under estimated. That is why as he was growing up, Kyle tried to learn as much as he could. He never tried hard physically, knowing that a well trained mind was a better weapon than any fist. That being said he did eventually come to learn how to wield most semi and fully automatic weapons with fierce accuracy. He spent most of his time in the library, pouring his mind into every book he could read. He ended up graduating highschool when he was thirteen and graduating college when he was seventeen. He would have finished sooner but he chose to take his time and make use of college facilities as much as he could. The thing is, soon after he reached his eighteenth birthday his father and mother began spending their money on vices they could not afford, then started spending money they did not have. After his parents had done, and were soon going to be punished for their foolishness, Kyle felt like he had an obligation to help his good for nothing parents. He researched the Gang Lord of The East Canaglia, and put a plan together. When the Leaders lackeys came to exact payment he convinced the men who came to take him to their leader. He made a convincing argument about how he had something that could possibly make their gang ten times richer. When he was presented before the Leader, he showed his skills in action. He was to produce Mathmatical evidence that on certain products they could have been making so much more money and he showed them ways they could save their spending money. The leader was impressed but still it did not make up for the dishonor that his parents showed, As a last ditch effort Kyle was able to put together a case about even worse people who were cheating the gang out of a ton of money. This impressed the leader, and judgment was suspended until things were investigated and dealt with. A day later, everything was finishing being played out. Kyles parents were still executed, but for a different reason. The leader could see that Kyles brain worked in a different way, that he could think outside the box and see patterns where others didnt. So Kyle was officially brought into the fold as the Gangs personal accountant and investigator, finding new ways to save money, increase prices without losing customers, and occasionally when there was suspicion of dishonor he would investigate.  

Power: Kyle's power is super speed, just not in the way you think. In most super hero comics or powers explained websites, super speed does not just mean being able to run fast. Kyle's reflexes are slightly enhanced so he is able to dodge incoming punches if he knows they are coming, but the real speed comes from his mind. Kyle focuses all his speed in his brain, so that he thinks faster and analyzes faster. If he did not do that he would still be smart, but he would not be as amazing as he is currently. Also if he stopped thinking so fast he could run fast, but it isnt a switch he can turn off and on. Focusing his speed on the part of the body he wnats, physically or mentally, is a huge decision that cannot be undone lightly. It takes incredible focus, and much training in whatever part he wants to go faster must take place. Meaning he spent years training his brian so his speed is in his mind, if he wanted to run fast he would need to train his body for a long amount of time.
