I was thinking about making a dove, but I'm a little confused about the rankings. You said that the highest rank our character could be was 3, but Rank 3 is the lowest rank for an investigator, and are usually 'special cases' without formal training. Did you mean Rank 2, or are all CCG characters special cases?
