Due to the fact that during and after the game she has been writing her thoughts onto the profile sheets she had obtained as part of her initial set of requests, you can consider what has been written in the opinions section as what had been officially written into Angel's notes. Meaning, if a character somehow manages to read Angel's files, they will be able to acknowledge the Opinions section of Angélique's CS.
