Casey grinned at Ben's manner of waking up Jake and chucked. She listened to them for a moment and then she remembered what she wanted to speak with Ben about. He had mentioned issues with Commander Cody. Since Cody had barked at her just a short while ago she was even more concerned. 

[color=fff200]"Um, Ben? Could I talk to you a minute, in private?"[/color] 

Casey moved towards the other side of the cafeteria and motioned for him to follow her. While she waited for him to follow, she thought about the discussion with Cody that morning and it seemed like he was busy or that maybe he wasn't alone in there.

Once she had Ben's attention she asked him. [color=fff200]"So what's with you and Commander Cody? You said he doesn't care for you much?"[/color]
