[indent]Unlike his sister, Shawn often likes to live by the books. He does what he needs to and works hard to get good grades, to which he seldom tries to follow his sister's example. He hates indecision, but often finds himself withdrawing from hanging out with friends due to talking himself out of them as he often can imagine a bad outcome. Instead, he's often found at home or with his family. He does his best to think with his brain, but once you get to know him, he tends to be somewhat sarcastic and smile, letting some of his emotions show. Though when it comes to love, he's often too shy to make any attempt, instead silently watching from a distance or daydreaming... Though fear is often when he acts irrationally or selfish.[/indent]

[indent]Shawn enjoys a simple life of staying at home with video games, books, and a bit of music here and there. He also doesn't mind to help clean around the house or help his mom cook meals. He very much wants to try doing something at least once, though he often talks himself out of the risky or looked down upon actions that his parents would not approve of. He doesn't mind playing Tennis or running, though he seldom does so outside of school. He likes to sing at church and has shown an interest of joining the choir when he gets older, and had even joined the school's small choir. This summer, he sees a lot of video games, reading books, and helping around the house in his future.[/indent]

[indent]Born a couple years after his sister Bailey, Shawn's path was set in a very similar way that his sister's was. Raised on hard work, dedication, and a whole lotta church, it continued to stick with him for the most part when he became a teenager. Having watched their daughter take a complete turn when she became one, his parents did their best to focus their efforts on Shawn so that he wouldn't follow that same pattern. He did his best to live up to his parent's standards, and as such was often a 4.0 student in his attempts to impress them, but often felt he always fell short of their expectations. This often made him fearful of not getting their approval, though he'd always put on a happy face to keep them off his back.

While he's gotten used to his sister's bugging by now, he can't help but roll his eyes or tease her for being grounded a majority of the time. Just siblings being siblings. Otherwise, before summer, he had went to a sleepover with one of his friends from school. There, they almost had a sappy love moment, but ultimately it was Shawn who stopped it and said he wanted to just be friends, believing it would only cause problems for the both of them. He's been dealthy afraid of his parents finding out about the close call and his weakness in the moment, but is thankful so far that no one has found out nor that his friend has said anything. Instead, he looks forward to a slow paced, relaxing summer.[/indent][/hider]
