Casey left the cafeteria thinking about what Ben said. She went towards the outer door of the bunker. Peering outside she made a decision. She wasn't going to be a coward anymore. Quietly, Casey walked outside at a quick pace in case she got scared and changed her mind. When she got outside she took a deep breath and looked around.

[i]Okay, I'm still alive. Nothing is trying to bite me or carry me off to eat later.[/i] Smiling at her own bravery and feeling silly about it at the same time. She caught a movement out of the corner of her eye. Wesa. Still riding on her feelings of bravery Casey walked over to him. Casey stared at him face to face for a moment and she went to open her mouth to say something but no words came out. Furrowing her brow at her loss of words she took a step forwards and kissed Wes back. She had trouble pulling back because she was thoroughly enjoying herself but she did. Then Casey headed back into the bunker with a grin on her face.
