The Galactic Conclave
It is the eve of the tenth anniversary of the Galactic Conclave, a semi-autonomous conglomeration of member-states representing their civilizations on the planet of New Halycon. The future of the Galactic Conclave remains uncertain, as nations participate in political, economic and even military conflicts outside the Conclave in order to control their own destiny. There are nations that are not apart of the Galactic Conclave and for good reason too--the bureaucracy of politics has it's own dark shadow. The Conclave meets once every Galactic Cycle, and it's reigning security and financial committees remain in perpetual gridlock as nations fight to have their own ambitions realized. The future of the universe rests not at the behest of super hot plasma guns attached to floating dreadnoughts and hyper automated carrier drones but rather the collective votes within the Galactic Conclave.

The Galactic Conclave is a political, economic and military simulation on the scale of galaxies with an emphasis on the Galactic Conclave, a mirror of our United Nations. From the Galactic Conclave, your civilization will forge diplomatic alliances, vote on sanctions, laws and initiatives and ultimately help shape the galaxy. Similarly, your civilization need not be a member of the Conclave, giving you certain freedoms not enjoyed by the members of the Galactic Conclave and similarly not giving you the same immunity. Unimportant here is a map--as your civilization has access to Faster-Than-Light technology. This is a game of bluffing, deception and politics. War is important here, as is the economy, but these are extensions of the game that takes place within the Conclave. The Nation Dossiers are entirely private, meaning you will only know of another civilization what your intelligence networks allow you to know.

Joining The strengths and weaknesses of your nation are yours to choose, which will then be interpreted into a single and easy to read nation dossier. If you wish to join, simply fill out the information below:
Civilization Name: (Empire of, State of, Republic of, _______ Collective, etc. What is the officially recognized government name of your people).
