Actually, everyone who signed up has posted by now, so we have no openings, but I could put you on the guest list and pre-maturely review a character sheet if you want to put one up.  JJBA is an acceptable setting, but the specific power would have to be judged on whether it's too good or not.  For instance, if your character's stand was The Fool or Earth, Wind, and Fire, that'd be alright, but I don't think I want to see any stands on the level of Cream or Killer Queen.
