I can answer the last two. Bob's character isn't anime, so feel free to use any picture as you want. There isn't any stats besides the sheet, if you would consider that stats in the first place. The other ones you'd have to ask [@IronWill] about. It should be relatively medieval, since I haven't heard any mentions of guns and IronWill's character is wearing full plate armor.
