@Ozerath Technically speaking, thats the whole point. No shields. This is my way of encouraging you to take things seriously and not just go "oh well the shields held up and deflected all teh bullets cause we have infinite pwoer anyways". Any shields that I will add later on, and beleive me I will be adding more, are going to be very short lived. Not to mention that torpedoes pass right through them, as well as fighters and very focused beam weapons. So I think that your wholecast shell armor is good for now.Just like everybody else is gonig around, not having nothing more than a thick layer of steel between them and space.

In other news, the IC is currently getting it's third paragraph. After that it'll get a quick plastic surgery to look good and fix all typos. Then it will probably receive another 3 paragraphs. Or more. Expect delays is all I'm saying.

Hey there, Swell Rp you have there!

I was thinking about a human sub-fraction, calling themselves the North-Star Alliance, who condemn the emperor as a traitor to mankind, by doing far to little in trying to re-contact the milky way, and the mythical human home-world itself!

They started off as a radical movement among intellectuals, officers and scientists, but after a devastatingly brutal crackdown of the Emporium, the surivers fled to the fringes of the galaxy, licking their wounds and preparing for their counter attack. Lacking in material, territory and founds, they would have some of the best technology and tactics, heavily using genetically modifications and cloning, for their purposes. (Think super-soldiers and clone troopers)

We've been living here in the Triangulum for many thousand years. Everybody knows that no humans live in the Milky Way, and that this is our home!

For real tho, thats not a public thing. Civilians and military leaders alike are "brainwashed" with propaganda about the humans glorius history in this galaxy.

@NecroKnight Lol are u happy yet bro? U want an IC amiright? Well I am on a roll, currently sitting at 15003 chars and still some distance from the end. Of this one scenario. I plan on making a second part, because the one I have now was supposed to be around 3000 chars but I got carried away, so its an actual thing now. So you better read every single word cause you are the most interested in the bloody IC

Well, that is why the empire would make sure that these "radical Fanatics" are silenced, their existence purged and all memory of them wiped clean . I wasnt planning on making them a large scale "people´s front" but rather a small, elitist sect, using technology and strategy to survive, and slowly build up their power against the empire.

The puplic would either not know about them, or think about them as ideological fanatics...similar to modern day tinfoil head conspiracy theorists!

@Elgappa I am saying that there is no way your people would have any reason to beleive that there is human life in the Milky Way. Tbh, you don't even know either, cause I never told you where humans came from. You can only read the <censorded> glorius and true tale that I gracioiusly shared with you in the NS. Err, I mean the truth lies that the empire spreads.

If you still want to be a sect that thinks that humans ARE in teh milky Way then go ahead and make an NS, but don't expect too much support from either xenos or humans lol. Xenos would hate you fro being human, and humans would hate you for defying the emperor.

For real tho, this text is disgustingly large compared to my average post lenght. I guess reading a sci-fi book all day was worth the effort after all. Now I may go an not publish this today because it must be littered with typos and mistakes as it is, which is not exactly a good attribute for a first IC post. We'll see tho.

Finally done. Didn't check part 2 for any typos, its already really late here. Well, I hope that at least one of them gives you something to work with, buts its just more of an introductory IC. I'd love to see what you guys come up with, and what kinda batshit crazy moves you pull off. Thats my signing off cause I'm about to fall asleep anyways.
