Powerset revolving around transforming people into cute animal girls, and stealing powers from legendary animals (like the Leviathan). Very strong anti-Machina/countered by angel powerset. Transforming Grafdakka into a catgirl takes away a lot of his power, while transforming Diana into a dragongirl achieves absolutely nothing if not powering her up.

[@KoL] So, KoL, I missed out on my chance to have a character with a tainted wish from Hoho because I died on a pointy thing. Is Hoho the kind of person to do the above, or should it just be a rumor and this character came about another way?
