There are a few things I need to mention, namely the following:
The idea is cool- actually, it's a bit too similar to an idea of someone who didn't end up joining, whose element would have been Cut- but that's a bit of a moot point.

Secondly, everything but the Geist Locket is overpowered from a starting item standpoint in your equipment. You also don't have pervasion, and Retribution is way over powered.

Heaven's Pad is a bit tricky to quantify, but with it being chargable, it'd be a multiple Shock at minimum. God's Grasp is a Sphere at last, and Judgement Cut should be a Field. Blade wind is a Beam, obviously, not a blast. And Blade of the Phantom God would be at least a Remote Manipulation: Tool+Self Adjust+Element Generation:Shock. Or, a Skill with Remote Manipulation: Tool and Self Adjust.

The Septima attuned weapon is attuned to the user's Septima, but is only attuned to one septima.

Recharge Skills only replenish EP.

Additionally, there is no precursor to Quill.
