It'd slipped her mind, and honestly made her feel a little bit stupid. Thankfully her armored mask concealed her face, now a shade of red. Once they reached the meeting point Ebon crouched and set her packs down, her medical kit and travelling kit, checking and rechecking everything. If she forgot her painkiller potions, some of her patients might not sit still for treatment, slowing the healing process. Potentially a disaster. In the middle of her recheck an older looking man stepped in, speaking to Elian with familiarity. One of their teammates presumably. The way he walked in reminded her of someone, but she couldn't quite put her finger on it, being occupied with her equipment check. Time went on while Ebon did detailed checks of her supplies, a bard began to play an upbeat tune with a violin, making Ebons lengthy check less mundane. Although it would be so much easier to assume that she'd gotten everything, her brother insisted that whenever she check something important, it was worth doing twice, or even three times in detail. Just as Ebon began to pack her kit again, Elian spoke up, calling Hawkwood the Dork Knight and Ebon the Flashing Fencer. She smiled, she did get pretty quick, especially compared to when she first started out. She got up and bowed gracefully to return the greeting. She listened closely when Elian began to greet the others. Landon, the one who came in just as Hawkwood and Ebon arrived, was apparently a troublemaker. Elian greeted Graves, but when Ebon looked around she couldn't spot him, even on the tips of her toes. He would arrive shortly. Then Tiferet, the bard, she guessed. She looked to the bard when she saw a flying red snake zip by out of the corner of her eye, she let out a surprised yelp and put her hand on her mask, where her mouth would be. Hoping nobody saw or heard. Once she realized the snake was not even the size of a small dog and that it seemed to be attacking a larger armored man, she slowly let her hand fall back to her side. Once again thankful she wore her mask. A woman arrived shortly after the snake, cursing at it. The armored man wasn't bothered that much by it. Ebon looked around at her teammates, the group was sizing up pretty well. The armored man spoke up in introduction, “Good morning scrubs and scrubettes. Are we ready to get moving, get pwning, and most importantly, GIT GUD? For those that do not know, I am Thael, and I will be using my hella strongth and toight aggro to tunk for you today." Ebon blinked hard in disbelief. His colorful vocabulary was strange to her, but when she looked around to see if anyone else was as puzzled as her, she found that nobody seemed to be. Another armored man spoke up, introducing himself as Graves, the armor he wore was fairly typical of a game but... Ebon glanced away, not wanting to stare, right towards Landon. He gave a quick introduction to the fencer, short and sweet. Earning himself a quiet, surprised, "Oh!" from Ebon. She bowed and was just about to give her own introduction to Landon, but found that his attention was now elsewhere. With a party this size, he would have to move quickly to give everyone a personal introduction, Ebon reasoned. What a gentleman, she thought to herself, she noticed his attention was on the firemage. Presumably to introduce himself to her, although she was a bit busy with her snake, then he looked to the ranger who had just arrived. After her introduction, Landon rose his eyebrows suggestively and grinned. Ebon just let out an unamused "Oh." Now she knew what kind of troublemaker he was. She rolled her eyes and walked to Hawkwood, just as Tiferet began another song, more energetic this time. She tapped him on the helmet, "Done with your equipment check? Sharp steel? All supplies good?" she asked the knight, snapping the questions off rapidly and putting her hands on her hips.
