[@Spinosaurus]  It's fine to have a background that's shrouded in mystery from an IC perspective, but from an OOC point of view, something that's a big departure from the norm would need a clear reason, not in the least because SCION would be rather unwilling to accept an agent that they felt was withholding information from them, if that makes sense.
