"Say, Tendou?"[/color] Hoshi asked beneath her breath, scanning the menu for the fifth time in as many minutes. [color=fff79a]"Is it me, or..?"[/color]

[color=0072bc][i]Your instincts have been honed by thousands of years of survival, Hoshi. If they are telling you something, it would be wise to hear it.[/i][/color]

[color=fff79a]"I think I've seen half of these people before."[/color]

It was said in a surreptitious whisper, that from any reasonable distance would appear to only be her mumbling the items back to herself. However, the edge of assuredness in her voice was enough to give the fairy hidden within her bag pause. A silent moment of contemplation followed, before the smallest of motions within the bag at her side signified the fairy raising her head out ever so slightly.

She had to see this for herself.

[color=0072bc]"So, whom is it you recognize?"[/color] she asked, taking great care to stay hidden underneath the shadows of Hoshi's wallet. [color=0072bc]"Do you mean the staff?"[/color]

[color=fff79a]"No, the other customers."[/color] Hoshi corrected under her breath, slowly and gently nudging her down and grimacing as she met resistance. [color=fff79a]"Tendou! You're gonna get spotted!"[/color]

[color=0072bc][i]I want to see if I can help you figure this out. Relax, young Hoshi. The more commotion you cause and the more suspicion you arouse, you know.[/i][/color]

Wisely electing to use the privacy of their minds to bicker at full strength, Hoshi remained steadfast.

[color=0072bc][i]"It is fun to add a secret flavor so that no one knows. But... it's more fun to find it."[/i][/color]

As did her fairy companion.

She scanned the room once more.

[color=fff79a]"See that table with the really pretty dark-haired one and the redhead?"[/color]

[color=0072bc][i]I do.[/i][/color]

[color=fff79a]"The older girl's Katsura Hyoukyo-senpai."[/color] Hoshi stated, steepling her hands in front of her face and wishing she was wearing white gloves, orange shades, and was sitting in front of a massive screen to truly complete the look. [color=fff79a]"Word around school is that she's one of the smartest people attending, and is preparing for some big-shot universities..."[/color]

[color=0072bc][i]She does look familiar... As expected.[/i][/color] the fairy acknowledged, [color=0072bc][i]A potential tutor?[/i][/color]

Hoshi shook her head in the negative. 

[color=fff79a]"Even if I needed one, which I [i]don't[/i]... u-usually; I wouldn't want to bug her about it and I bet her schedule's really busy. Besides, I wouldn't be able to make it if it was after school half the time, remember?"[/color]

[color=0072bc][i]True, true. I do hope your duties haven't been harming your studies terribly much.[/i][/color]

[color=fff79a]"Nah..."[/color] she waved it off. [color=fff79a]"Juuuuust bombed one little pop quiz because I was out too late..."[/color]

[color=fff79a]"She's in the same year as me! That's why she's familiar, I see her in the halls all the time."[/color]
