Do you have a sneak peek at CS formatting so we can get a head start, as well as other information regarding the format of the RP itself? For example, rules that are in play (other than the obvious no meta / godmoding rules)? Seeing as we're in a war, I assume there may be some combat involved, and information on how that will be handled is especially useful.
