[@Wildman13] Everything was conquered by the EOM, I can guarantee you that they made sure. The only exceptions are a few nebulas, namely those that the Kegran reside in.

I would also like to point out the 20% human population, which is fair in a CS sense, but this does mean that 20% is the top class of citizens. Meaning that they probably live in their own cities, and govern from there.

Which brings me to another point. How do you imagine the clan system as a working part of the Enpire? Surely such a volatile chain can hardly be trusted by the EOM. Why didn't they replace it?

The rest is fine, but these thing worry me.
