So there is a high chance that Eli meets these two characters soonish due to being in the same story arc.

I can see an accidental discovery of each other as their present missions might overlap. They would probably have an uneasy alliance at first. Since I can only speak for Eli, she will be primarily indifferent towards Priya since she is still slowly trying to think of humans as more than just a food source. She has the initial foundation but is still apathetic. One thing of note is that Priya has some political clout that may be noticed by Eli and seeing as her end goal at the moment is warning this world of her world, then Eli could be interested in maintaining contact which could lead to something a bit more than just uneasy allies.

Quite the colorful character in Eli's eyes. Tariq is different and so is Eli. What I think really lends itself to becoming faster allies or friends than others is the fact that Tariq is only half human, meaning Eli isn't going to find him appetizing in the least bit. Plus, there is always the relation that both aren't from this Earth.

Enemies. Easy. Eli is a Vampyr and Claire is basically Buffy. Unless Claire can get over her self-righteous heritage and not try to kill Eli, then enemies they will remain.
