The first draft for my Guardian:

If your LP is lower than your opponent's while you have 10 or more monsters with different names in your Graveyard: Guardian Summon this card. If you have 2 or more monsters with the same name in your Graveyard: Destroy this card. During each End Phase: Your opponent takes 800 damage, then each player discards 1 card. During either player's turn, if your opponent controls 2 of a card with the same name: You can banish 1 of those cards.

It is meant to work with my Highlander Deck, and I decided to give it one negative effect to allow for two positive effects. The both players discarding a card works in my favour too, since my deck is part Dark World.
