MEA has quite a bit of glitches and bugs. Like it just wasn't polished. Side quests have you run about all over the place constantly and you'll spend most of your time on those if your a quester like me.

However, I find the bugs a bit amusing. Ruins immersion, but as long as I can progress I'm good. The original trilogy constantly erased my save data. At least it seems this one doesn't do that so it gets a plus for not having that bullshit.

Battle system is awesome besides the bug that gets you stuck in walls occassionally.

The open world is kinda nice. If 80% wasn't a bit similar.

I'm enjoying the story and getting to know the characters. (Docking points for still not having a romancable Krogan. Cause every time they are awesome)

As someone who picked FemRyder, I didn't like her in the beginning as she doesn't have the same badass feel as FemShep brought. However, I remember she isn't quite supposed to be a Badass especially at the start. She's a rookie with natural talent, who got shoved a very important role she wasn't trained for. While FemShep already went through saving shit even before we started playing her. So I stuck with her. I didn't like her voice at first but I got used to it. Could of probably used someone else but eh. I enjoy some of the quips she has.

Edit: also... Thank god for jet packs. Best thing in the game. And near industructible car for reckless drivers
