There was little point in chasing after the fey creatures once they were on the run. It was obvious that they could outrun the group, and with any luck, they would not return. Besides, the presence of a giant cat was enough to constantly throw off Drajhan's aim. It mattered little however; the curse of his Hexblade did not care who felled an enemy, as long as its blood was thoroughly spilled. Draj sighed in relief as the wound on his side closed with magical energy. Thanks again, he silently prayed to his patron. As the cat began to wander, Draj sheathed his blade, somewhat disappointed there was no reason to clean it. "I say we should likely find some shelter before they return, perhaps in greater numbers. It would be helpful for us to return to full strength before trying to leave this wood." His gaze met that of the Giant Kitty's and Draj's voice trailed off. "I mean, this fine, beautiful treed forest full of wonder and-- oh, I believe the Cat wants us to follow. Either he knows of a resting place, or he plans to take us to his den. And eat us. Terrifyingly. Let's follow!" Draj jogged forward to catch up with the cat, and gently patted his shoulder. "Nice work out there with those meenlocks. You make a fine escort through this wood."
