I do believe Lexicon is correct in this. The order appears underneath this heading:

"1128 Titans’s Rest
30th Year of the Undying’s Reign
Legion Camp
24 Hours [u][b]Prior[/b][/u] to the Taking of Aveless"

Unless I'm completely missing something, it's prior to the fall of Aveless. 

Note: I don't mean to be intrusive on the conversation or anything, there's just a high probability I'm conjuring up a CS for this.
