Err, not really. If your deck is reliant on an ace one the field just have that be your one monster. Also, you forget to consider the decks that focus on multiple extra deck summons per turn. I vote as much 'NO' as I can possibly do here. (besides, ritual monsters aren't extra deck monsters)
