Don't love me too much yet, I've only just discovered them. Recently finished Gardens of the Moon. I have Night of Knives, the first of Esslemont's six book series, and also Forge of Darkness + Fall of Light. And, I have Deadhouse Gates which I'll get to when I'm done with Sanderson's The Hero of Ages. I will say this, I adored reading GOTM and already know I'm going to thoroughly love the rest of the series with a passionate (cyborg-rabbit-like?) mating fury. And, reading a few excerpts from Forge of Darkness suggests I may like the Kharkanas trilogy even more because epic, dark fantasy crossed with Shakespearian-style prose and structure is so far up my alley that it's not even fair.
