I have not done a table top RPG in such a long time, I'd love to get into one again but I have a query or two about character creation. One, are we limited to starting from within a vault and Two, are we limited to only human characters? I have a character sheet knocking around somewhere of a half human/half ghoul PC, I know it's not canon but I took some creative liberties XD.
