Sarah was standing guard outside the young master's room. Her main role was as a bodyguard and companion to Alexander, for there have been attempts to either kidnap or kill him, and his parents were scared for him. So when they had found thirteen year old Sarah, with combat suit and dog tags on, hair cut short, they had employed her. Alexander had shown he cared, and had gotten through to the girl, and so since that moment she had hardly left his side. She heard the early morning bustle and her normally emotionless eyes scanned the area, then she went back to the book she was reading and kept an ear on the room behind her, where Alexander slept. Not surprisingly, the book was about feeling emotion, which Sarah, even at eighteen years old, was still relearning.
