Ok my post ended up taking waay longer than I originally intended it to take, I've barely had time to do stuff this week and its a pretty big post for me (probably my largest post on the guild, not saying too much though really). Just gonna note now that I'm giving anyone that wants to start negotiations with the Revghuls has an easy connection IC. Ghul spies on the enslaved planet's are keeping watch for any signs of rebellion and will approach anyone they suspect will make an alliance (basically just have a random lesser ghul inform your leaders of the Revghul's plans and you can open communications from there).  Assuming this is okay with [@6slyboy6] of course? I did say the lesser ghuls were used as spies for a reason.
