First question: I havent decided on set races so I am pretty much open to any race within reason. If you can justify your reason for having it then I most likely will be fine with it. 

Second question: Yes dragon humanoids are allowed considering [@Otaku95] wants and can be one. 

Third question: Cat girls are allowed.
