I do intend for there to be NPC duelists, played by me and/or the Co-GM. If you were referring to something else when you said PvE, please let me know.

Also, just for the record, the reason the rules are kinda wonky is because I was in a bit of a rush to get the OoC up. I intend on updating them at some point to make them more coherent.
