[@Klomster] The forecefields are just extra protection, which is depleted while it takes damage that armor would otherwise not. Eventually it runs out, and takes a little bit to charge again. Imagine a temporary, recharge-able defense, which is stacked on top of high-quality armor and weaponry. In essence, it is meant to make units more tanky than they already are with the armor quality in regards to thing such as the biotech armor they have, or to compensate for a lack of armor and/or protecting vital areas on a vehicle as is the case with one of the fighter types i created for them. 

Will think of some possible interesting interaction ideas and such for the Schäferkin and the Xenor. Off of the top of my head, though, I could almost imagine the two just being the best of military buddies somehow.

[@JaceBeleren] Makes sense they would see the Xenor like that. Would they ever consider being allies or something of the sort, though, or would they be too wary of the Xenor for any positive relations to exist? 

[@Oraculum]That...that could perhaps make a good story in the future, once the current war situation is finished.
