[@Holy Grail] Aside from the occasional commando (or unit), and any negotiations between humans and off-worlders (making sure the human don't try to betray them), Assar-Rhen rarely venture off Terra. They could end up as allies, but only if they were given a reason to. They have peace with the humans and no one else on their planet, so they are comfortable for the time being.
