Well, I do believe [@JaceBeleren] allowed more than 1 person per guild, but if you still want the Golgari character, feel free to use it. Her personality is pretty well-explained, so that shouldn't be a problem. Feel free to change the spells too, (for one, I'd add Putrefy, I totally forgot to add that one)
