[@BCTheEntity]Well, given how we've previously agreed on how to settle match results(via a random tournament bracket, and a coin flip for each map, with the winner of the flip being the winner, and the actual fight RP'd out to the random result) Power levels and balance don't really exist, and powers listed on the character are more for knowing HOW they could beat their opponent, more than if they will or not. Now, if we get a really ridiculous result, I may fudge it for the sake of the story(assuming everyone involved is okay with that), but overall the skills list is more to act as an index for the roleplaying segments, rather than a system of balance.
