[sup][sup]
Appearance
[/sup][/sup] Being only slightly taller than average, Helja wasn't a face one could readily pick out from a crowd before the execution. She was attractive, but not in the 'drop dead gorgeous' way. Taller than average, but not terribly so. Fit, but not toned. Most who met her would simply describe her as average, alright, or any other variations to the same effect. Perhaps the only thing outstanding from her appearance alone would be her expensive well made clothing. After her execution and subsequent resurrection however, she started preferring hoodies and baggy jeans, partly because her ability leaves visible seams where the limbs connect. Those close to her would notice a strong smell of deodorant, perfume or anything else she might put on to cover the smell of rot that seemed to emanate from her at all times. [sup][sup]
Personality
[/sup][/sup] A usually cheerful girl, albeit prideful and unobservant of other people's feelings. While she was polite and minded her manners most of the time, Helja could not read — nor did she care to — the emotion of others. Her and only her was important. The only other person she really cared about was her father, the one who had taken care of her for all her life. While she was headstrong and stubborn at times, she did not care for conflict, and would rather just smile pityingly upon the fools who didn't know better. Due to her lifestyle, she has an eye for the beautiful, and a taste for the finer things in life. She believed with all her heart, that her father is innocent. [sup][sup]
Hobbies / Interests
[/sup][/sup] One of her greatest vices are the pile of books she keep. Of her most favourite was books on myths, the occult, and the likes. Reading stories about heroes and romance was alright, but reading about fantastical things like the gryphon, minotaur, and naga was very entertaining for her. However, nothing trumps going on a trip somewhere with her father, for he returned rarely, and even rarely still will he stay for very long with her. Long camping trips together was like a dream for her. [sup][sup]
Skills / Talents
[/sup][/sup] Having lived as lavishly as she had her whole life, she has but a paltry amount of skills or talents. Helja could drive a car in manual pretty well, as well as ride a horse relatively well. She could also remember a picture down to the last details, which, as a result, gives her drawing skills a slight boost, though she was only above average at art in general. Other than that, she has nothing really outstanding unless one counted her great health and fitness due to her own vanity. [sup][sup]
Motivation/Crime Committed
[/sup][/sup] Helja believed with all her heart that her father was wrongfully accused. The Consortium was supposed to be the good guys, but after that incident, she came to the conclusion that they were corrupt as can be. What sort of organization claims to be good with such injustice done upon her? Why would they smear such slander upon her and her father, besmirching their good name and dragging it through the dust for good measure? What sort of world would stand by and allow this? Injustice ruled the world, and none of the people living in it saw it as anything but normal. Mindless flocks of sheep, as she once was, that ate anything the corrupt world offered gladly, turning a blind eye towards the rot that festers in it. The world was rotten, and the Consortium was only the symptom. She had done no crime save for standing up to oppression and was crucified for it. Now Helja had returned, and the world shall be purged of its rot, that it may start anew. [sup][sup]
History
[/sup][/sup] For most of her life, she had lived with her father, a figure that was hardly ever there, but loved nonetheless. They were rich, richer than any of her friends, though she knew not what her father's job was. Every time Helja tried asking, Lovik would just laugh and dismiss her question. While she had persisted in asking for a long time, she gave up in asking after seeing her father was tight lipped about the whole matter. Helja grew up with any and all her desires granted, even ones that was but a fleeting interest. She could ask for a horse one day, and send it away by the next. Nevertheless, she had a sense of pride in herself, and her family name; her father was quite the model citizen in her eyes, thus she carried herself in such a way as to not sully her father's good name. Insulting her father was a sure way to drive her mad. One day, in their large mansion by a lake, several men surrounded her and her father on the way to the docks. It was the fastest she had ever seen her father move, attacking and downing three of the men with just his fishing rod before he was knocked out himself. She moved to run to his side, only to have her vision go black instead. Waking up, she found herself tied in her living room, with her father similarly restricted by her side. It was then that the men hurled such insults and accusation at her father that her blood boiled from the rage. Who were they to accuse them of such things? Who were they to capture her and her father in such a way? Who were they to presume authority over her? "The Consortium. Don't play dumb. You know perfectly well why we're here. You and your father won't be able to trick your way out of this one." Affronted that they would even assume she was guilty of something she wasn't, Helja moved to stand up, to shout in their faces of her innocent, to pound that information into their thick stubborn skulls. But that moment never came. She stared blankly at her own severed limbs flying suddenly through the air, wondering why she was falling down instead of standing up. There was no pain, only shock, and a feeling of lethargy. Her last few moments was spent seeing her father tearing apart his bonds and wondering if the fish was going to be scared of the screaming that followed. [sup][sup]
Relationships
[/sup][/sup]
[sup][sup]
Family
[/sup][/sup]
Father - Lovik 'Loptr' Petrova Her father, the one who raised Helja, and taught her everything she knew. The only person she had known and loved for most of her life. Unknown to her, he was a notorious swindler, charlatan, and fraud. With his quick wit, he had managed to get out of many tight situations, and gather up a fortune unknown to most, including her. An exemplary man, easy to befriend, polite, firm and someone that gained trust easily. At least, to one who did not know of his exploits.
[sup][sup]
Significant Others
[/sup][/sup]
None. [sup][sup]
Magic
[/sup][/sup] Dead Shape Shapes any dead flesh from any corpse, including herself, into any sort of object she could conceptualize in her mind. Materials shaped can have different properties after being shaped, from being harder, stronger, or even stretchier should she will it. This does of course, means she can attach dead matter onto herself. Magic is only used during shaping, with more being used the more complex the shape is. After attaching and/or shaping flesh, the part involved will stay that way without any more magic needed to maintain it. Dead Mind Reanimates a body back to being alive — in a sense of the word — as well as the ability to use a lesser version of her first ability. Any reanimated body would be as feral as animals, attacking anyone except her, unless she takes direct control of them. Trying to control too much would just result in the connecting minds backblasting onto her, making her lose control of herself unless she disconnects from their minds. Magic is only used during the reanimating process, in which she plunges her hand into their head to touch their brain. Connecting to a dead mind to control it also uses magic as long as she is controlling them. [sup][sup]
Other
[/sup][/sup] Nothing of note.
