[@Framing A Moose] Unfortunately, there's no instance of animals having the Gifted gene- only humans. However, if you're set on having a Pegasus type creature for your character, Erubesco has probably created winged horses through genetic manipulation. They tend to create really weird creatures for gladiator battles, so it wouldn't be out of the question for them to create a line of Pegasus through genetic tamperings.
