Honestly. While I just finished my final semester, I already had an insight review of everyone's OCs and it just so happen, I barely hade time to do anything and now I do.

Of all the characters I have reviewed... yours is easily the easiest because the personality captivated me and I have a thing for short characters especially if they are lolis.

Second. I don't have problems with the magic because yours is the easiest and most straightforward.

In a nutshell, I love it. You're straightforward.

Is it me or am I getting more lolis? I love it!

Whenever I hear the name Felicity, it reminds me of a character from Arrow that absolutely is the definition of the worst character of all time. I look based on character and dang! I'M LOVING THIS ALREADY, she reminds me of Raven from Teen Titans. Her magic is also spot on along with her personality, I don't need to elaborate much because I've already seen what i wanna see.

I don't have a problem with his history but my main problem is personality and magic. Just elaborate the personality more, sorry if I'm being nitpicky on this but others explained theirs very well, I'm okay with your approach of lesser words and direct to the point but could use more detail.

Magic. I hereby reject Minor Meteor. Just go with Meteor. 

It's the same as I don't ever accept a modified version of sharingan.

Help me review the S Classes. I will not simply accept S Classes because I have higher standards for them.
[b]Key point: [/b] High casual/low advanced presentation of the character itself, CS quality for short of everything that is explained within it.

Your character. I've seen Kyu in the many versions we've been into. I'm out of words so... you can put it in the tab. Nevertheless, he's one of the characters I enjoy even though you sometimes disappear.

Guys. Take note: This is how a Vyper should be even w/o magic and with magic, it doesn't need to be holder type. Take Shin's Bel for example and mine as well.

B and C rank characters = Only needs 1 GM to review.

A Rank = Needs two GM to review.

S Rank = All GM must review.
