My idea:

-brilliant but slightly insane scientist that fled from the Pharmacy Department. He is plagued by visions of a Potion of infinite power, but the ingredients cannot be found within his Department. He flees his home and becomes a bargain hunter in search of the ingredients to make his potion and become a god. Armed with several home brewed bombs and a wide variety of medicine.
