HOSHITANI YUUGA I should’ve changed beforehand. Yuuga blinked. This was… not ideal. He had no idea where he was. And he was still in his kyudo uniform. Which meant that all his stuff was back at school. Can’t even call for help. Phone was in my bag. The towering boy looked about, taking in the surroundings. Looked like an opulent place. A fancy karaoke room maybe. Definitely something out of the price range for a usual mixer. But he digressed. What stood out to him most was the number of people he knew that were with him. Yuuga ran through his mental catalogue again, trying to get some bearings of these schoolmates. Perhaps there would be a trend among them?
Motoyama Keita. Smart. One of seniors of the programming club. Girls liked that semi-formal style of his. Moderately known around the school, mostly for his work in investigating that disturbing new app. Yamada Manami. The Hound of Yamamura’s Halls. Not an actual moniker the girl held, just something his friends liked to call her behind her back. Yuuga didn’t disagree with the sentiment. Geez, and here he thought Chiyu was unpopular. His more casually-attired friends often spoke of the unpleasant experiences they had with the amethyst-eyed disciplinarian. Maki Haruko. Blind. Quiet, not that Yuuga could blame her, with that disability and all. Manages to not be a sad puppy charity case sorta deal. Pretty adept in judo, surprisingly. Altogether, only really known for her blindness and judo. Nothing personality or appearance-based like Yuuga. Umeda Maiko. Athletic. Some kind of bumpkin? Yuuga distantly remembered a conversation about her technophobe family. Something like that. Friendly, but plain-talking. Not the kind of personality that gets you into the popular cliques. Sasegawa Hikaru. Handsome. Boy Detective Extraordinaire. Those looks and the fact that the guy worked with the police force meant that the investigator had a legion of fangirls fawning over him at school. Shame that straight-laced attitude put all that incidental popularity to waste. Yuuga was jealous. Chiyu Shoukei. He’d already been over this. He was glad that he had someone he’d talked to recently going through this with him. Ieiri Shuusuke. Cranky. Loner. Some people thought of him as a weirdo with all that talk about colours. Not even the kind of person Yuuga would hang out with to make him seem like a friendlier guy. I'll edit Nerevarine's characters in here if they make a post that puts them in the elevator.
All in all, no real rhyme or reason why these particular students were brought here. Nothing that Yuuga could think of, anyway. By the time he finished examining the last person, a small girl in some kind of miko outfit (cosplay?) had bounded up to the group. Yuuga failed to muster any intelligible response besides a quiet “Oh…uh…wh-what, where are we?” The Hound and Motoyama had already asked the necessary questions. Yuuga regretted missing his chance to make some sort of rousing comment.
