Christ, I feel like I'm going to screw Conata up one of these days. Gettin' kinda dangerous with these fanpeople.
Speaking of biology, the status of mortal minds is quite obscure right now. Very little attention or might was sort in the brain, less than the last one, apparently. Of course, mortals still kinda do have a good mortal mind. But it is unclear how much like ours it is. Dreaming for example, is an entirely different beast than how it truly is. For example, if someone somehow managed to cut off the mortal connection with Raka, what would the feasible results be? Yes. It happened once in the distant past, but that was before modern mortality and actual complex dreams.
Given the psychological differences in hain, I've had to keep their mental propensities in mind when writing them. Granted, that's just part of the whole thing that is their creation -- additions to their brains in particular have mostly been at the hands of Teknall, Jvan, and Vowzra. As for the rest of the situation, I thought mortals had similar minds to how we would conventionally see them in this universe. Apart from Vowzra making everyone adverse to Jvan and Ilunabar inventing and monopolising dreams. Not sure what's exactly obscure. Maybe there are things I missed from the last version of Divinus that provide more context? What kind of stuff happened before?
