Sorta different due to my character's weirdness.

Name: Duelibous
Nickname: Duel
Age: Comes from a world where it is meaningless. Both ageless, and born exactly when the roleplay started.
Gender: Male/Genderless
Species: Feliniod Quasi-Tulpa
Your powers: Able to shapeshift, float, become intangible or invisible.
Relationship: Does not socialize well, no romantic interests.
Sexuality: Straight... sorta. He kinda just acts like it, sometimes flirting but is really genderless.

Neutral state
Appearance: Furless feline creature. Right half of body is a purple color, the left half green with eyes of opposite color on each side. 
Personality: Pretty chill most of the time, slightly weird. If something is causing him to change, acts panicked and is influenced by one of his other personalities.
Powers: Hypno-vision causes paralysis, sleep or increased suggestibility.

Deranged state 
Appearance: Completely green with 2 cartoonish swirly purple eyes and a wide grin.
Personality: Comic book villain-style insane. Cruel and weird in all the worst ways. 
Powers: Hypno-vision causes hallucinations and delusions. Can possess people via eye contact and unleash dark sides.

Feral state 
Appearance: Completely purple with cat-like green eyes and a maw full of teeth. 
Personality: Very little. Almost all rage, animalistic.
Powers: Hypno-vision causes pain, fear and spasms. Prefers using physical violence.

States are toggled after over-exposure to negative emotions associated with each state.
